We will always be a business that is focused on quality and determination. Starting my business as a minor was a very difficult journey but it is one I would do all over again in a heartbeat. There is an incredible amount of passion and joy that goes into creating each and every candle blend and label.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Blue Nebula Designs LLC are not held responsible for:

Mistakes made by USPS or UPS
Wrong addresses given by customers
Damage to orders by postal service
PO box issues
Stolen packages after delivery

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Blue Nebula Designs LLC uses USPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
